Job Introduction
Account Manager | Permanent | Salary £55K+ basic (dependant on experience) plus annual bonus and company car scheme
Role can be based at either of our 2 sites Elton or Bristol
As Account Manager, you'll have excellent time management skills, with the ability to understand people's motives and what the priorities are. You will have good commercial acumen as well as strong planning and coordinating skills. You will have knowledge and previous experience in high-pressure commercial / sales environments within food, drinks or packaging environments and be able to demonstrate personal success in the achievement of challenging commercial targets.
You will be responsible for achievement of sales volume and profitability targets associated with the management of specific customer accounts. You will manage designated key customer accounts, effectively delivering outstanding customer service aligned with Encirc's company values.
The Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to customers – evident customer-centric focus, performance accountability, innovation and adaptability, positive energy, respect, teamwork, and absolute integrity.
- Driven and highly motivated individual with a collaborative style.
