Beverages Engineering Manager | Permanent | Dual Site- Bristol, Elton £66,000- £77,000  Internal Only

The Beverages Engineering Manager is responsible for leading & coordinating consistent application of preventative maintenance, asset management & CAPEX projects. Ensuring engineering strategy is aligned with overarching operational strategy. Budget management of CAPEX projects & spares. Working with site Engineering Managers to efficiently & effectively execute the PM & CAPEX schedules.

The Key Requirements 

  • Deep knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. 
  • Experienced in managing engineering budgets, CapEx, and project portfolios.
  • Knowledge of automation, robotics, and smart factory principles.
  • Excellent people leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience in food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing environments. 
  • Proven experience with CMMS systems
  • Lean Six Sigma experience/certification (Green or Black Belt). 
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
