Job Introduction

CE Engineering & Job Change Manager | Permanent | £63,000 - £68,000 | Internal Only 

As CE Engineering & Job Change Manager, you'll have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels, you will have  a track record of improvement projects using Continuous Improvement techniques as well as, the technical knowledge and understanding to be able to answer team members questions.

As our next CE Engineering & Job Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of Cold End machine equipment maintenance with the human and material resources available.   

The Key Requirements 

  • Engineering qualification or degree 
  • Background in production/maintenance team leadership roles within FMCG environment 
  • Proven record in people performance management with evidence of building, managing & motivating successful teams on a large scale, shift working operation
  • Deep understanding of maintenance management tools (TPM, TQM, SPC, etc.)
