Job Introduction
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PRACTITIONER| 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT | DERRYLIN| £32-38K
As our CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PRACTITIONER you will facilitate and lead continuous improvement initiatives driving business goals related to people, service/quality control and cost efficiency. As a key member of the CI team you will provide expert knowledge and guidance based on data analysis and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally you will support project management within a PMO role, supporting successful project execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
The Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a fast paced Lean Manufacturing facility or Continuous improvement environment
- 3rd Level qualification required preferred disciplines Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Business Management
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous improvement and/or Project Management tools and techniques
- Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification (desirable)
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills eg Excel, Word & Powerpoint
