Customer Experience Administrator| Location Derrylin, Co Fermanagh BT92 9DD |Permanent| £31,264.56

As our next Customer Experience Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all customer service tasks including customer orders, deliveries, stock placement and providing support for the Account Management team.

As our next Customer Experience Administrator, you're duties will include compiling reports, maintaining records, expediting orders through internal & external liaison, directing feedback from customers to relevant departments, reporting & recording customer complaints, delivery failures and returned loads and assisting with investigations where required, validation of deliveries within systems to ensure timely month-end closing & reporting and other general administrative duties as & when required.
 
The Key Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of working with SAP Material Management or a similar MRP system
  • A solid working knowledge of MS Office packages in particular Excel
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Understanding of Financial decision making
Hours of Work:  Mon - Thu 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 2:30pm
