Job Introduction
Customer Excellence Administrator| Location Derrylin, Co Fermanagh |12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT | £31-33K Depending on experience
As our next Customer Excellence Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all customer service tasks including customer orders, deliveries, stock placement and and providing support for the Account Management team. The Customer Excellence Administrator is responsible for ensuring customers receive their deliveries in an accurate and timely manner for monitoring shipments to ensure any conflicts are resolved and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Duties also include compiling reports, maintaining records, expediting orders through internal and external liaison, directing feedback from customers, to relevant departments, reporting and recording customer complaints, delivery failures and returned loads and assisting with investigations where required, validation of deliveries within systems to ensure timely month-end closing and reporting and other general administrative duties.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm
The Key Requirements
- Experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
- Knowledge and experience of working with SAP Material Management or a similar MRP system
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office packages in particular Excel
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Understanding of financial decision making
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to plan and flex to suit business needs
