CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR |12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Derrylin, Co Fermanagh|£35-40k
As our next Customer Excellence Supervisor, you thrive have excellent attention to detail as well as being resilient and concise. With resilience and composure under pressure, you are a proven communicator with all people at all levels.
You will have responsibility for a team of Customer Excellence Administrators reviewing and directing the work of the team members. Responsible for both haulier and customer pricing administration in line with the Commercial Manager's direction including the capture of any additional service costs. Responsible for integrated resource planning in conjunction with other Customer Excellence Supervisors.
The Key Requirements
- Supervisory Experience - Desirable
- Experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Knowledge and experience of working with SAP or a similar MRP system.
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office packages in particular Excel.
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm
Hybrid Working 3 days on site and 2 from home.
