Ready for a new challenge? ENCIRC are recruiting for a Customer Service and 3PL Coordinator to join the team at “The Park”, a high tech, award winning bottling plant in Avonmouth, Bristol.
In this role you will be a pivotal member of the Customer Services Team, you will be responsible for 3PL and various other miscellaneous activities that are vital to the business, ensuring all interactions and processes required are seamless, accurate and on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of all 3PL activity on site
- Gather 3PL service billing data, verify accuracy and trigger timely service invoicing, supporting budget builds and tracking
- Onboarding of new 3PL customers
- Manage workwear requirements on site; ordering, checking in deliveries, issuing of items to staff, reconciliation of stockholding and invoices
- Raising Requisitions and Purchase Orders for inbound finished goods and other departments at The Park
- Set up of new SKUs in conjunction with Master Data Management Team
- Manage miscellaneous business purchases
- Coordinate inbound cased goods and other ad-hoc consignments when requested by customers
- Develop and produce reports for external and internal customers
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have excellent communication and written skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Have experience in providing excellent customer service ideally in an FMCG environment
- You will be organised, adaptable, team orientated and able to perform under pressure
Package Description
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Work Pattern: 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday

‘The Park’ is a multi-award winning bottling facility, employing over 400 people and producing 25 million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacity to produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m²) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!
Encirc, entered into a deal with Accolade Wines, one of the world’s leading premium wine producers, and purchased the assets of “The Park” bottling and warehousing facility in Bristol on 1 February 2023.
