Job Introduction
Distribution Administrator| Permanent | £26,000- £28,000 |Bristol
The Distribution Administrator will support the efficient operation of Beverages Distribution activity from both Bristol and Elton sites. Responsible for ensuring Distribution reporting is accurate and timely to enable onward provision to our customers. Accurate and timely Distribution charging validation with close collaboration with Suppliers, Customer Services and Distribution Manager. Initiate and own POD creation process for Distribution, and develop and produce reports for external and internal customers.
The Key Requirements
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Background in working in a FMCG environment
- Experienced in providing excellent Customer Service
- Experienced in maintaining/ creating statistics and reports
