On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Forming Specialist to join the ever-growing, highly successful manufacturing plant in Elton, Chester.

Main Responsibility
The role reports into the Forming Supervisor within the Forming team. The main purpose of the role is to work closely with the Line Manager to optimise whole line performance (hot end and cold end), focus on IS processes and performance, deliver our customers’ requirements and reduce all defects to achieve 90% PTM plant performance.
Key Accountabilities:

Optimise IS machine performance and minimise variation across the machine. Achieve process control

Ensure all cleaning, inspection and lubrication is completed to AM standards

Reduce defects manufactured in the hot end by continually monitoring quality delivery to cold end customers

Develop skills of hot end personnel to ensure they are capable of managing the hot end systems
The Ideal Candidate

Experience as an IS Operator at grade one
-
Supervisory experience and training to ILM level 3
Package Description
Salary: £50000 - £51000 (Includes shift allowance)

Week 1. 06:00 – 14:45, Fri 14:15
Week 2. 08:00 – 17:00, Fri 15:15
Week 3. 12:00 – 20:45, Fri 19:45
