Job Introduction
HR People Services Manager | Elton | Permanent | £44,000 - £47,000
As HR People Services Manager you will lead the HR People Services Team (HRPS) and be responsible for delivering, a first-class experience to all employees who contact the team with queries or requests for support and providing a positive, efficient and responsible HR administrative service to support the HR Operational Team.
You'll act as a key point for contact for HRPS and provide daily support and direction to the team as well as taking a lead role in projects and developments relating to the HR/Payroll system.
The Key Requirements
- Proven experience of leading and developing a team within a HR Department
- CIPD level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience
- Experience of using SAP HR or equivalent HR/payroll system
- Evidence of managing the delivery of administrative processes within a complex, multi-site, and customer-focussed environment
- Ability to manage a team and nurture a positive working environment.
- Ability to provide a professional, flexible, and solution focused service to key stakeholders
- Experience of working within manufacturing industry an advantage
