Job Introduction

HSE ADMINISTRATOR  | CONTRACT | £27,000 - £30,000

As our HSE Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring essential administrative tasks while supporting the maintenance of our Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).

Key responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, document management, budget monitoring, raising purchase requisitions, and processing invoice payments through SAP. You will also prepare and communicate strategic KPI reports and collaborate with key stakeholders to support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) improvement initiatives.

The Key Requirements 

  • Experience with cost and budget management using SAP.
  • Previous experience in a self-managed role is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and limited supervision
