An exciting opportunity has arisen within Beverages for an exceptional Head of Sales. Reporting into the Managing Director and as part of the Beverages Senior Leadership Team be responsible for, and being an integral part of, decision making in the wider business strategy & to promote/communicate Encirc values to all levels.

As Head of Sales, you will also provide leadership  to the Sales Department consisting of 9 Account Managers across two UK sites to maintain & develop customer base, sales volume, revenue & profitability.

The Key Requirements 
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing FMCG environment.
  • Previous experience working in an import / export or supply chain. 
  • Proven track record in managing & growing sales & revenue in existing & new markets.
  • Experience of managing global customer base
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to make things happen in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good IT / computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, SAP, etc.)
  • Customer service focused.
