HOT END TRAINING SPECIALIST |10 Month Secondment | Derrylin, Co Fermanagh| Current Salary
As our next Hot End Training Specialist, you will ensure that Operators are trained to a high standard ensuring that all Encirc ‘s H&S policies and Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments are followed to a high standard. The Hot End training specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the Hot End knowledge project (16/40) project is completed in collaboration with the wider team and the Assistant Delivery Manager. The post holder will also be responsible for any additional requests from production areas with agreement by the Assistant Delivery Manager and Head of People Development
The Key Requirements
- Solid Technical understanding of Glass making process
- Must have a high level of knowledge of hot end process
- Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial & challenging environment
- Committed to learning & self-development, demonstrates evidence of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adopt new processes, functionality and technologies
- Ability to operate within Business standards / frameworks e.g. ISO, BRC
- Good Level of communication skills across different levels within the organisation
- Passionate about people, their development and employee engagement
- Ability to adapt Training style to suit the individual or situation, translating technical situations into easy to understand language / training package for the learner
- High quality standards and attention to detail
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments ensuring all are documented appropriately
- Fully proficient at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Microsoft Office)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-2.15pm
