Job Introduction
LINE SUPERVISOR (INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY) |12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT | DERRYLIN| £45,795 + 25% Shift Allowance £57,246.48
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for first line management of operational team within designated area of responsibility.
The Key Requirements
- First line manager experience within a shift based FMCG environment. Glass Manufacturing knowledge is preferable
- Experience of managing complex operating processes
- Ability to drive performance across the balanced agenda
- Proven record of managing shift teams with evidence of motivating & coaching individuals for performances
