Job Introduction
Line Supervisor | Elton | 12 month Secondment | £45,000 - £56,000
As Line Supervisor , you'll support the Shift Manager, working as part of the production team to ensure that all quality and production targets are met. You will Ensure shift production is delivered in line with customer expectations and requirements and quality standards. You will also lead and coordinate continuous improvement throughout the shift including GEMBA / Short Interval Control and RCA to ensure optimisation of performance.
The Key Requirements
- First line manager experience within a shift based FMCG environment. Glass manufacturing knowledge is preferable
- Experience of managing complex operating processes
- Ability to drive performance across the balanced agenda
- Proven record of managing shift teams with evidence of motivating & coaching individuals for performance
