Line Supervisor (Palletiser Area) | 12 month Secondment - Internal Only| £48,000 - £51,000
As Line Supervisor, you can communicate and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels, you are able to supervise people whilst supporting the Shift Manager.

As Line Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a team within a designated area of responsibility, ensuring operational procedures (including SOP’s) and standards are adhered to and maintained. You will ensure shift production is delivered in line with customer expectations and required quality standards.
The Key Requirements
- First line manager experience within a shift based FMCG environment.
- Glass manufacturing experience and product knowledge is required
- Experience of managing complex operating processes
- Ability to drive performance across the balanced agenda
- Proven record of managing shift teams with evidence of motivating & coaching individuals for performance
