Manufacturing Systems Coordinator

Manufacturing Systems Coordinator | Bristol | Permanent | Salary £45,712 post 6m probation    £47,347

12-hour shifts on a rotating days/night pattern, averaging 38.25 hours per week 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations and ensure the smooth flow of materials across all production lines. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently carrying out all core system transactions related to the work order process across Bottling, Wine On Tap, Innovation, and Canning lines, including work order interfacing, WIP monitoring, material, wine, and finished product reconciliation, as well as report generation. You will monitor material flow using JDA systems to ensure timely supply and clearance, highlighting any concerns to the Operations Shift Manager and working directly with Operations Operatives to confirm shipments and stock checks are completed.

You will also liaise with Operations Technicians to ensure the AGV fleet is consistently assigned tasks to avoid production downtime. Additionally, you will provide production lines with accurate, quality-checked documentation, ensuring all shop floor materials are verified and correct for every work order and ready ahead of each production run.

The Key Requirements 

  • Strong Business Systems competency – JDE/JDA/Botec
  • PC Literate – MS Excel & Access
  • Previous experience within similar role
  • Demonstrable knowledge in a manufacturing/stock control environment
  • GCSE English or maths equivalent
  • Communicates well at all levels 
  • Effective planning and organisational skills
