Role Responsibility
Health & Safety Responsibilities
Ensure that all tasks are performed with Quality and Health and Safety in mind
Production and Quality
To collect and replenish tooling from production floor on a regular basis.
To shotblast and clean tooling to an acceptable standard and distribute to mould repair fitters for inspection and repair
To ensure all mould equipment is delivered to the correct production lines.
To ensure all blanks are pre-coated after inspection and taped up and stored in their correct locations.
To assist in any general maintenance / repair work considered relevant.
Housekeeping
To carry out cleaning duties where necessary to maintain the upkeep of the area and to the shot blasters
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of using oxygen acetylene torch and air grinders would be an advantage
Attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Package Description
Salary: £23000 - £25500 + Discretionary Bonus
