Job Introduction

Purchasing Manager | Derrylin, BT92 9DD | Full-time | Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 

 

As our next Purchasing Manager, you will manage and coordinate all Derrylin site indirect procurement activity, from operational to strategic development and implementation.

Your ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and prioritise work will be crucial to driving value and success in our ever-changing business environment.

 The Key Requirements…

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing procurement function within a fast-          paced sector or environment, such as manufacturing or engineering.
  • Project management skills and change management mindset with experience of         driving change within a demanding timeframe
  • Experience leading and developing a procurement team of at least 4 people.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills with the ability to influence people. 
  • Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Results focused and well organised personality. 
  • Ability to travel to other Vildrala sites and to supplier’s premises.
