ENCIRC is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Quality Systems Supervisor to join their team based in Elton. They are looking for somebody who is quick thinking and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities with a strong knowledge of business management systems
Role Responsibility
Conduct internal process audits against the QMS
Prepare the factory for all 3rd Party audits; this should include booking suitable meeting facilities and adequate refreshments & conducting pre audit inspections of the plant
Act as company representative while undertaking accreditation audits & customer audits
Prepare audit responses for approval by Operations Director and Quality Manager
Monitor the Pest Control system for any reported incidents, liaise with the pest control technician during inspections and action any issues raised by the pest control company. Ensure all Insectocutors are maintained and cleaned in accordance with the schedule and documented records kept.
The Ideal Candidate
Internal Systems Auditor
Applied HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) application
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Positive and assertive communication style as a Quality Manager that engages with the production team
Strong knowledge of the Quality/Business Management Systems (ISO9001)
Package Description
Salary: £30000 - £35000 + Discretionary Bonus

Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2:30pm (18 Month FTC)
