Job Introduction
Shunter Driver – Internal Only | Elton | 6 month secondment | £40,000 - £44,000
As Shunter Driver, you'll be responsible for moving trailers on-site as required around the Business ensuring that Health & Safety practices are adhered to at all times. You will also support the Operations Team in the preparation of trailers for unloading and loading ensuring that loads are safe & secure for onward transit, as well as filling in all required documentation correctly and reporting any issues to the Shift Supervisor / Shift Manager.
The Key Requirements
- Knowledge & previous experience in a Warehouse / Despatch arena within Food, Drinks or Packaging Environments
- Ability to demonstrate a high standards in terms of adherence to agreed processes & procedures
- Valid Category C + E Driving Licence
