On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Stores Operator to join the ever-growing, highly successful manufacturing plant in Elton, Chester.
Role Responsibility
Ensure all safety rules are adhered to
Liaise with purchasing to arrange returns
Carry out full engineering stores stock check so all items are counted once a year with the aim of checking critical / high value items more frequently. Production; Checking, receiving and locating new and replacement stock
Checking, receiving and locating new and replacement stock
Goods outward – issue of goods to employees
Goods in – booking in of stock and nonstock orders using SAP
Booking in of packaging and other dry goods materials using both AS400 & SAP
Carry out weekly stock checks on oils and critical consumable items
Off-loading dry goods for Glass and Filling Hall – Dry goods for Filling then labelled and put into Autostore
Prepare items for despatch and arrange transport for same
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of SAP & AS400 would be an advantage
Current counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Double handler FLT licence (desirable)
Knowledge of stock/inventory control is essential
Knowledge of Engineering parts would be an advantage
Must be a team player with good communication skills
Package Description
Salary: £26,000 - £28,500

Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-15:15
