Job Introduction
SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGER | PERMANENT | £42,500 - £47,500 DOE
Raise a Glass… due to restructure we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our award-winning team at Encirc to manage supplier homologation & performance to ensure that Encirc (EN) receive products/service that meet the agreed specifications and expected levels of support.
The Key Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of Supplier Performance characteristics and metrics.
- General knowledge of process audits and non-conformance management, Raw Materials and Packaging associated with glass containers.
- A strong team player but with the ability to work unsupervised supporting our business needs and those of our customers/suppliers.
- Self-motivated and have a passion for working with and helping internal/external customers. Ability to handle non-conformances and manage tricky situations in a patient, calm and effective manner by being flexible, quick thinking and decisive.
- A detailed knowledge of supplier management requirements plus be able to demonstrate effective communication skills with suppliers or within our business. It is expected that a candidate would require a minimum of 3 years relevant experience to have these qualities.
- Basic Knowledge of glass manufacturing and processing.
