On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Trainee Forehearth Specialist to join the ever-growing, highly successful manufacturing plant in Derrylin, Co Fermanagh.
Main Responsibility
- Ensure all hot works are carried out safely
- Ensure all forehearth and distribution burners are changed on a rota basis when required
- Ensure gas mixtures are checked on a rota basis
- Replace all fan filters and rotate all fans on a regular basis
- Monitor control system data, trends and fault codes taking the necessary action
- Monthly stock taking (Raw Materials, Frit Colorants, Cullet and Refractories)
- Monitor control system data, trends and fault codes taking the necessary action
- Carry out any other duties associated with the job
The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience of the following:-
- FLT operation
- Confined Space Entry
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- You will be willing to carry out work on your own initiative and have good observational skills

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-3pm, Fri 6am-1pm, 39.5 hrs per week
