CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER | PERMANENT | £44,00 - £47,000

The Customer Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing a team to ensure the seamless execution of orders, maintaining strict adherence to internal processes, and aligning with customer expectations. 

This role requires the application of problem-solving skills to synchronize logistics, operations, and customer service, ensuring alignment with business requirements. You will also be  responsible for driving service levels, resolving issues, and providing proactive management to meet both internal and external KPI metrics. 

The Key Requirements 

  • Extensive experience in customer service environments
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership
  • Proven track record in enhancing performance, service quality, and KPI management
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The Park is a multi-award-winning bottling facility, employing over four hundred individuals and producing twenty-five million 9L case equivalents of wine annually. Our state-of-the-art, highly mechanized manufacturing and blending plant features six packaging lines, with the capability to produce 1,200 bottles of wine per minute. Additionally, The Park boasts the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe, spanning 80,000m², and houses the world's largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles.
