Operations Operative | PERMANENT | £39,550.74

As an Operations Operative your primary objective of this role is to operate all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and production lines, ensuring consistent product quality and accurate material supply to each line. As a critical member of a multi-disciplinary team, this position plays a pivotal role in maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional results. 

The Key Requirements 

  • Fork-Lift Truck Licence is essential
  • Relevant experience within an operational role within a Warehouse, End of Line or packaging environment
  • Uses experience to identify problems and opportunities
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
