Quality Assurance Manager | Permanent | Competitive Salary
As Quality Assurance Manager, you'll liaise with key customers on development programs as part of a partnership approach. This will include major problem resolution, process development & way of working initiatives. You will Help to build a Right First Time, Quality focused culture within a fast paced, technically diverse manufacturing environment in collaboration with all functional teams.
The main aim of the Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure defined standards are translated into process control plans, ensuring the customer receives products/service that meet the agreed specifications and expected levels of quality.
Encirc makes, fills, and distributes glass bottles and jars. We are market leaders in glass container design, manufacturing, bottling, and logistics solutions for the UK and Irish food and beverages industries. The Key Requirements
- General knowledge of Quality Control methodology, sampling plans & statistical analysis
- Detailed knowledge of Glass Manufacturing and Inspection Protocol - advantageous
- Self-motivated with a passion for working with and helping internal/external customers.
- A strong team player but with the ability to work unsupervised supporting our business needs and those of our customers/suppliers
