SHIFT ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR – Internal Only | PERMANENT | ELTON £60,000 - £63,000
As Shift Engineering Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all Glass plant rework equipment. You will ensure all preventative and planned maintenance and repair work is carried out in a timely and competent manner, ensuring all projects are undertaken and completed in a professional manner.
The Key Requirements
- High level of technical expertise either mechanically or electrically
- Diagnostic skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong ability to lead a team
