Job Introduction
Value Added Services Team Leader | PERMANENT | £37,000 - £39,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team as Value Added Services Team Leader, in this role you will be coordinating the team’s activity to complete a range of services to customers products to support specific market requirements. The range of services includes but is not limited to; mixed pallet make up, application of promotional mechanics, pack inspections, repalletization onto euro pallets, product relabelling, sample picking and packaging, product consolidation, handball containers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and complete the value added service activities
- Manage and monitor staff performance to ensure individual and team targets are met
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to provide feedback, support, and development guidance
- Deliver accurate and effective training to staff in line with company standards
- Develop and specify processes to manage activities to improve productivity
The Key Requirements
- Experience of working in a bottling environment, with awareness of HMRC regulations
- Experience in ‘People Management’ with awareness of Encirc HR policies & protocols.
- Knowledge of the EA and Encirc waste handling requirements
- Knowledge of the range and specifications of the Encirc dry goods materials
