Head of Operations | Elton | Permanent | Competitive Salary
As Head of Operations, you'll operate as a senior leader of the business providing effective support, advice, guidance and coaching to all employees and managers in order to maximise high levels of people management, development support and drive a high performing and continuous improvement culture.
You will lead and manage all operations at Elton Beverages ensuring delivery of the business strategy is delivered through the site operations. You will be responsible for Production, Engineering, Health and Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. As well as, being responsible for all budget management across these functions which is in excess of £30m per year.
You will act as a role model and change agent to proactively promote and drive the Company's strategy and behaviours ensuring the culture is embedded consistent and successfully.
The Key Requirements
- Extensive experience of managing FMCG operation
- 10 years plus Industry experience
- Management of FMCG operational functions
- Demonstrable experience across Commercial & Supply Chain functions
- Strategic leadership & collaboration
- Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution
- Management of budgets
- Management of forecasting supply and ability to identify potential risks issues and provide effective solutions
